We’re looking for a hands-on Landscape Project Execution Manager to lead landscape and swimming pool projects from kickoff to handover. You’ll own site execution, manpower, client coordination, and quality, delivering projects on time, on budget, and to spec.
What You’ll Do
Project & Site Management
- Plan daily site activities and allocate manpower efficiently
- Supervise site engineers, supervisors, foremen, and workers
- Monitor progress against approved drawings, specs, and timelines
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards
- Resolve on-site issues and provide technical guidance to the team
Coordination & Reporting
- Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Coordinate material requirements and procurement timelines
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports
- Attend client meetings and deliver project updates
- Manage handover and project completion documentation
Cost & Compliance
- Control project costs and optimize resource use
- Ensure compliance with company policy and HSE standards
Swimming Pool Projects
- Lead pool construction, renovation, and maintenance works
- Coordinate excavation, waterproofing, tiling, filtration, pumps, piping, and MEP works
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of pool systems
- Monitor equipment installation and water treatment systems
- Ensure all pool works meet quality and safety standards
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Landscape Engineering, Horticulture, or related field
- 5+ years of UAE experience in landscape project execution
- Mandatory: hands-on experience in swimming pool construction and maintenance
- Strong working knowledge of soft/hard landscaping, irrigation systems, and pool works
- Proven ability to run multiple projects and teams simultaneously
- Confident reading technical drawings and specifications
- Proficient in MS Office
- UAE driving license preferred
